Assistive wrist brace
A modular wrist brace that helps people with limited hand mobility perform everyday tasks more independently.
Design & process
- 01Developed a tapered, magnet-guided slide-in attachment for low-force placement.
- 02Iterated magnetic, twist-lock, and push-release mechanisms to balance ease of use with attachment stability.
- 03Used interviews with disability experts and users to refine comfort, stability, and usability requirements.
